个人简介：

刘洋，男，32岁，博士研究生，讲师，项目硕导。主要从事GNSS气象学、GNSS水汽增强短临降雨时空预报研究。毕业于武汉大学威廉希尔williamhill，获工学博士学位。主持国家自然科学基金1项（青C）等项目3项；担任《Urban Climate》、《Climate Dynamics》、《IEEE Transactions on Geoscience and Remote Sensing》期刊审稿人；在《IEEE Transactions on Geoscience and Remote Sensing》、《IEEE Journal of Selected Topics in Applied Earth Observations and Remote Sensing》和《Atmospheric Research》等期刊发表SCI20余篇，其中2篇入选ESI高被引论文，总被引超过500余次。参与作者在科学出版社出版专著1部，软件著作权1项。
